    Hello. I hesitate …
Hello. I hesitate between a Slash Epiphone Les Paul (Tobacco or Goldtop) and a Standard or Custom korean Les Paul with Alnico 2 pickups that costs less. Which one must I choose ? Do you think there’s differences between them ? Thanks.

The set up even on …
The set up even on a Gibson needs to be redone in nearly every guitar. The pickups on Epi’s are normally Korean knock offs but these are the real deal. The long neck tenon is a tone not so secret of the Les Paul. The fat neck is not for everyone and you should play asymetric shaved neck before you decide as you may be a Jimmy Page kind of player. My hands don’t care! My ear does and to me fat neck make the guitar more resonate..any guitar. But if you feel like you play better on skinny..
