You guys want a … You guys want a 1959 Les Paul made in 2008? Buy a Heritage 150 CM-CL, made in the same plant as the ’59s by some of the same people. Closest thing to it you will find, forget the reissues from G.
That is if you are interested in tone and not guitar 401K.
bloomfield is really the cat who put the les paul on the map. not only was he among the first to play it but he totally defined the sound! waaaaaay beyond richards or clapton and 3-4 years before page.
