Jeff Beck - Les Paul - Jamming Together
Published: September 16th, 2008
Rare video of Les Paul & Jeff Beck trading off riffs. (note the wad of duct tape on JB’s strat..word was he knew LP was going to yank the cord out …cause its not a Gibson Les Paul electric guitar.) Two legends from two different generations. Must see.

Jeff Beck - Les Paul - Jamming Together
It like a guitarist Father and Son reunion.
I met Les Paul from Tal Farlow (RIP) back in 1974 at the Quay in Sea Bright NJ, USA. I sure saw where Jeff got a lot of licks from! Les was a pistol then also and pull jokes on Tal too!
Thanks for Sharing

Why isn’t this sort …
Why isn’t this sort of stuff on TV? Why do we have to put up with constant bullshit from ignorant program directors, when we can view two highly evolved souls be so accurate and bring so much joy to our spirit? These MTV folks are missing out. Maybe they think we can’t pay for it. Naw, I think like 99.9% of the gross population they just have a lead ear and little or no sense of rhythm, Gabe P.

I haven’t seen this …
I haven’t seen this jam since 1981- I think that’s when it was shown on TV. I remember not thinking much of Les Paul at the time but as the years went by, I learned to appreciate who he was and what he’d done. I got to meet him in 1988 at Fat Tuesday’s in NYC. Very nice guy–very gracious–I got his autograph.
