Well in his book he describes the original guitar witch is indeed not an original gibson. It was a hand made guitar by a guy in vegas. To be sure i need to check the book but i thought it was model’t after a 59 burst ( what not ? ). He also played a mockingbird a lot in his early days ( tip for u guys that don’t want to spend to much money on gheting the slash tone ). Anyways i still like the idee a lot but i wont be buying this LP. Stock ones are good enough ( more of an sg sc player anyway ).

Dude, i have an epiphone les paul black beauty and i had a choice between it or a GIBSON les paul studio.. i chose the black beauty because it sounds almost like a gibson and yes i know you can make it sound like slashes cuz the pickups do most of the work the guitar mostly works on the sustain and stuff
